We’ve worked on two new-build Passivhaus and near Passivhaus domestic projects in collaboration with Ecovert Solutions. Having designed our home, we then needed to find partners to help make it a reality. We discovered that the devil really is in the detail. Using 3 different materials on the exterior required much planning and research by our architect and contractor, as did achieving the right finish for the roof overhangs and floating 1st floor. We are delighted with the end result. Without EcoVert’s willingness to research new materials and methods and their easy collaboration with our architects and ourselves, we wouldn’t have achieved the house we had envisioned.
